AutoTek Solutions, LLC dba BLUE RIDGE DENTS (BRD) a corporation in the state of Virginia warranties against all defects or workmanship in the repair to your vehicle by means of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). This warranty will be in force as long as you, the current owner, own your vehicle and is valid in all 48 continuous states. The warranty is non-transferable. If at any time during this warranty period you should have a claim all repairs will be done at no cost to you. The liability to BRD will not exceed the cost of the repair. The original sales receipt given to you at time of repair will be your proof of claim. This warranty does not exclude or modify any other warranty prescribed by law. Lifetime Guarantee. AutoTek Solutions, LLC (ATS) a corporation in the state of Virginia warranties against defects or workmanship in the repair to your headlights, taillights or side markers.This warranty will be in force as long as you the current owner, own your vehicle and is valid only within 100 miles of the originial repair site. If the repair is defective due to workmanship ATS will make the necessary repair at no cost to you. ATS further guarantees that your headlights will pass Virginia State Safety Inspection and that of other states. This guarantee at no time will cover the cost to replace headlights. The liability to ATS will not exceed the cost of the repair. The following exceptions to this guarantee are as follows. The use of any cleaners containing alcohol, ammonia or other solvent will void this guarantee. The headlights can only be cleaned with water or a manufactured car wash made specifically for automobiles. The original sales receipt given to you at time of repair will be your proof of claim. This warranty does not exclude or modify any other warranty prescribed by law.
